Brad Chandler has a different background than probably anybody we ever had on this show. Yes, he has done around 4,500 real estate deals over the last 20 years, but on that journey he also experienced two failed marriages, $9 million lost in business missteps, kids with behavioral issues, and the use of substances as coping mechanisms.
