- How tracking can help you reach your dieting or muscle building goals

- Why simply 'eating clean' isn't sufficient for fat loss

- How long term dieting can affect your hunger signals



You don't have to track calories and macros to lose weight, but it can be a powerful tool to help you change your body composition.
