The MOU between Alberta and the federal government has hit a snag. April 1 was the deadline on methane and the environmental assessment process, and there was a deal on both. However, the heavy lifting was on the industrial carbon price and the Pathways project, designed to sequester emissions. There seems to be a difference of opinion between government and industry.
