Hello good human,
here is the first of your full-fat sunshine voice notes: a conversation that’s been weighing on my mind for a hot minute (since I pushed a baby out last year!) and that feels too tricky for social media..
So here it is, for your ears only!
In this ep I mention the book The Calm Birth Method by Suzy Ashworth, which was part of my birth prep arsenal: I also refer to the RANZCOG Clinical Guideline Statement on Home Births, which contains some very valuable information on the benefits of birthing at home for low risk pregnancies through an obstetric and gynaecological (read: medical, conservative and clinically sound) lens.
