The retail space provides an interesting lens through which to view the tumultuous year of 2020. Some cities and states have had huge drops in the occupation of these spaces, however, our guest today, Beth Azor, tells us about the amazing business she has been doing all year! A vastly experienced and bullish investor, Beth has had many successes since diving into the real estate game with a focus on retail spaces. She was initially drawn to the human aspect of retail and enjoyed getting to know the different businesses she worked with.
