Today the Eyres discuss ways to organize your social media to help you be a better parent. Here is a quick overview of how to get your accounts to show you family related posts first:

 

In Instagram: First make a list of family members you are following and of helpful Instagram parenting sources.  We suggest FamilyIsFound and RichardLindaEyre. Then, on each one:

1. Go to their profile

2. In the top right, tap •••

3. Tap Turn on Post Notifications or Turn on Story Notifications

 

In Facebook: First make a list of family members you are following and of helpful Instagram parenting sources.  We suggest My Family and RichardLindaEyre. Then, on each one:

1. Go to their profile

2. Tap the following button

3. Select See First to have their posts appear at the top of your news feed

  

In Twitter: First make a list of family members you are following and of helpful Instagram parenting sources.  We suggest FamilyIsFound and RichardEyre. Then, on each one:

Allow Twitter notifications on your device in your device settings

1. Go to their profile on Twitter

2. Click the bell icon by their profile picture

3. Select All Tweets or Tweets With Live Video
