Anyone who knows me knows that I have a soft spot for my "Indigo kids" that I mentor.  Indigo kids have gifts that cause them to be very sensitive to energies and can cause some unique challenges for them in the real world. 

They can easily be labeled as stubborn, emotional, ADHD, and even defiant. 

But once parents understand that their child is Indigo and that their energetic system works differently, they can t hen learn how to support them to manage their energy better. 

There's a really great book called "The Energetic Keys to Indigo Kids" by Maureen Dawn Healy. I was so impressed by her research and insights that I invited her on my show to give parents some insights on how to support their sensitive young ones.
