Casey Barnes has been inducted into the Gold Coast Music Hall of Fame over the weekend. Casey reminisces on the early days and how much effort he has put in over the years to get to where he is today.

Recently Casey had a melanoma scare where he says he “grew up on the beach, playing footy, playing cricket, going for runs” and he gets yearly check-ups but this time they found something. There were two moles that they were keeping an eye on, and they decided to biopsy which came back as early melanoma.

He says, “get your skin checked!”.
