This brief episode is a client voice note talking about what a healthy relationship with food means or looks like for the long haul. This has been a very real part of my own journey to healing my relationship with food and emotional eating and I’m sure it will resonate with many of you. The goal with my clients is long term success. Losing body fat happens with behavior change, and behavior change happens within healthy relationships. It’s taken me 45 years to figure out that this can take a long time but it’s worth the effort for the peace and freedom from perfection. Get busy living!
