Thanks for listening to another episode of The Women’s Fittest Podcast! This is episode #113!

I know It’s not something a lot of you think about. I promise you I never did, until I hit my forties and death and aging really reared it’s ugly head. No matter where you are in life it’s never too late to start to establish healthy habits and behaviors. In this episode I talk about some life events and things that you can be doing to keep an eye on your health so that you’re not reacting to your health but participating in it along the way. I do not believe you have to be Uber healthy to get the most out of life. It doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive. It has to be doable and not every day will be perfect but you are really going to struggle if you wait until it’s too late to try to make changes. Start now. I hope you enjoy this episode as both a “wake up call” and a “I can do this” mentality towards health. In this episode my goal is to help you realize that extremes likely get you bouncing from one end of the pundulum of health to the other, but you can find how to “hover” in a sweet spot somewhere between average and perfect.  It’s taken a long time and many shockers but I’m doing it now every day. It’s work but not too much work and a lot of health is just living in the “hover” spot. Blessings!
