He was the Executive Producer & Host of the award-winning comedy show, Monkey Toast and now hosts the podcast The Coup. An in-demand speaker all over the world, Ron also speaks to leading organizations about creativity, disruption, branding, and leadership. His first book, Everyone's An Artist - Or At Least They Should Be (Co-written by Scott Kavanagh and Christopher Novais), was published in 2016, and his most recent book, Think • Do • Say: How to Seize Attention and Build Trust in a Busy Busy World, has just hit store shelves! I am thrilled to be speaking with Ron Tite on the What's Next! Podcast.

THIS EPISODE IS PERFECT FOR… brands looking to build trust and lead with creativity and true insight!

TODAY'S MAIN MESSAGE… Ron gives us his insightful and humorous take on building brands. He talks about using humor and creativity to deliver insight, investing your time and creative energy in the "original," and building brands that cut through and inspire real trust. It's so important for brands to invest in what they think, do, and say, and Ron breaks it down for us. Every brand and organization should have a belief that goes beyond product; a belief that provides purpose. Once you have that, you must do something actionable that reinforces that purpose, and moreover, if that purpose is truly sincere and essential to your brand, it will be worth talking about! So, talk about it! Talk about your purpose in an authentic and focused way. Only then can your brand truly weather the crisis of trust.

WHAT I LOVE MOST… Ron talks about seizing the attention of customers and employees by staying curious, staying passionate, and building that authentic trust!
