It's been a great time having Sheila Kwambox on the podcast; Let's all slide in her DM's and send her all the love as she moves onto her next chapter :)
@Jules is currently in London and couldn't be a part of this farewell episode, but be sure to catch this raw and unfiltered conversation between @Sharon & @Kwambox as they go down iRIP memory lane.
Do you have first-born syndrome like @kwmabox and @Jules, or do you have last-born syndrome like @Sharon? This week we give you a sneak peek into our family dynamics and how they have shaped us into the women we are today. We'd love to hear yours, send us a voicenote !
This one is self-explanatory! But heh, your stories were HILARIOUS!
With love from Kwambox, Sharon & Julia.
Is it just us, or is it extremely difficult to make friends as adults? Also, we're giggling at Jules saying that at a certain age, we all have chronic illnesses.
Drop your illness below if you can relate :D
What would your Ex say about you? The person we were in our twenties versus now is two totally different people. Luckily we've grown, we've healed and a striving to become better people for ourselves and our respective/eventual partners. Hope you enjoy this reflective session as much as we did!
With love from Kwambox, Julia, Sharon & Ciru Muriuki.
A lot has been said about Gen Z... but here's what we think about this interesting group of people born in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The good the bad and the funnyyyyy. We'd love to know in the comments, what do you like and not like about Gen Z? (also you can send us a voicenote in our DM's)
With love from Sharon, Julia & Kwambox.
Being broke is the realest form of 'character development'. What lesson did you learn from NOT having money? Please drop us a comment below and send us a voice note in our DM's.
With love from Sharon, Kwambox & Julia.
This week we get really personal about our relationship with food... and by extension, our bodies. Are you like Charles & Jules.. always hungry or like Sheila & Sharo, never hungry? In conclusion, whichever side of the scale you lie on, all bodies are beautiful! The most important thing is to be happy and see a nutritionist who can advise on what would be the best food for your body type :)
With love Kwambox, Sharon, Jules & Charles Murito.
Dating in Nairobi is an extreme sport, so we made this episode to help our International listeners navigate the CHAOS. While we love it here, dating in Nairobi is ghetto AF. What other advice you would give a foreigner that's looking to date in Nairobi? Leave us a voice note in our DM's or drop a comment below.
