James Mathison is a TV Presenter, Musician and Journo. He's acknowledging of how tough 2020 was, but James says he's one of those folks who thrived in the lockdown environment.

He's a Dad, and one who knows that kids observe and learn from their parents - so he sees himself as a model. Practice what I preach type of thing. He's just come off a psychology course - so his brain is fresh with the mindfulness and attitudes required to reflect and offer perspective on all things calm.
