This time last week, the Texas men's basketball team was coming off of a pair of embarrassments -- a blown lead against UCF and a Horns Down meltdown from head coach Rodney Terry.

How did they respond?

A pair of ranked wins, including one on the road against No. 11 Oklahoma to move out of the basement of the conference and directly into the NCAA Tournament conversation. Before the wins over No. 9 Baylor and the Sooners, Texas appeared to be on the outside looking in and in peril of a disastrous season.

With two wins, it seems like their fortunes and the narrative of the season may have turned.
