In this episode I chat with my friend Jason - @orthorexiabites - about orthorexia and his journey of discovery and recovery. 

Orthorexia is defined as an unhealthy focus on eating in a healthy way. When suffering with orthorexia, lot of emphasis begins to be placed on avoiding certain foods (often a growing list) in the name of optimal health to the point of a detrimental impact on mental health. It's a lesser known eating disorder and can often fly below the radar, with people suffering often just labelled as "health nuts" or "healthy eaters".
