Jay & Dave called Leonie from Power Station Strength & Performance gym after finding out they were developing an app that members can work out at home & nutrition advice while all the gyms are closed.

Dave has had to cancel his birthday dinner & drinks in a couple of week's time due to the social isolating rules now in place. But there's a couple of ideas he floated around with Jay on how to get around it.

Jay & Dave have been opening up the phone lines for anyone that wants to call about any subject. This morning the majority of the calls were about the forgotten local council election

Dave went and voted in the local council election yesterday and was disappointed he wasn't handed the brochures out the front of the polling booths. He likes to read them. He's not alone it seems.

Jay & Dave are spreading the love and helping those businesses that are still open, such as Oliver & Stutchbury's

Casey from Blessed Hair has had the idea to give something back to those people that are doing a fantastic job at the front line - giving free haircuts to medical staff in hospitals, doctor's surgeries and ambulance staff
