With such a large amount of rain the past few days, the amount of call outs the SES has had spiked. Jay & Dave spoke with their Regional Manager for Central Queensland Andrew Wyatt.

The amount of rain over the weekend (including last night) surprised a lot of us, but Nitso From Oz Cyclone Chasers did give us the heads up last Friday that if the cyclone pushed a little further east than expected, then Mackay would get hit with a fair bit of rain. This morning he gave us when the rain should finish up.

Dave had 2 hours to make a Suburban Song about Sarina, but unlike the others he has done the past few weeks he had Sarina's own country music artist Jack McDougall (who happens to work for us here at Triple M) come in to help him out!

Sarina's Cruisin' The Coast fun run is coming up in April this year. One of the 2020 ambassadors, Brenda Windsor, joined Jay & Dave this morning and said you'd better hurry up and register, before you miss out on one of the cool singlets

Jay & Dave had a bit of an argument this morning. Jay believes everyone has to have their cutlery drawer all organised but Dave says it doesn't matter - just throw it all in. Jay won this one hands down!
