In this episode #41 I interview the glute queen Jhelsin Mabaga. She is a bikini competitor, currently finishing up boards to get her doctorate in physical therapy, who is also engaged to 212 Olympian IFBB pro Derek Lunsford.
Lots of laughs in this episode and tons of education as Jhelsin shares her training and nutrition secrets to grow those glutes! She also shares her experience with some great recovery tips, with heavy emphasis on her “obsessive” sleep regimen. Not just a pretty face with a killer body, Jhelsin drops a ton of training and recovery knowledge in great detail for y’all which is exactly what I was hoping she would share.
Derek also makes a quick appearance to say hello!
Also, Jhelsin nominates Derek’s mom to be a guest on a future WomensMaximumFitness podcast episode! I’m all in for that!
This one was a blast, with a few technical difficulties, unfortunately, but please tough it out, it’s worth the hiccups to listen to Jhelsin talk bodybuilding!
