Jody Boyman spent her first life traveling the world and photographing its wildest animals for publications such as Time and Life. But as she traveled the world, Boyman increasingly encountered a planet that was hurting from unsustainable food processes. So in 2015, she and her brother, Todd, founded Hungry Planet, a plant-based nutrition company offering meat alternatives for modern lifestyles. With products ranging from chicken to beef to crab, Boyman has created a business with the purpose of feeding the world while helping the environment, its people, and animals.
