  • JFD697: Felidae, Papi Gudia, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero

Your boys are back with three superheroic films this week!

First up, the boys talk about the wonders of 3-D film making and we play a game of "What was Kevin Talking About?" Where we ask the question: What was Kevin Talking about?"

The first movie is "Felidae," a 1994 animated German film about a cat that feels compels to solve a murder in his neighborhood. The gory crimes lead him into a rabbit hole (so to speak) of violence and conspiracy.

Next, is Scrambled Face Jeff's contest-winning pick of "Papi Gudia." In this extremely '80s movie (that came out in 1996), an Indian serial killer named Young Channi puts his soul into a doll to continue his violence. It's all Channi Play from there.

Finally, the side characters from Dragon Ball get their own movie in "Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero" from 2022. Will Kevin understand 40 years of Akira Toriyama continuity? And will one of the hosts simply refuse to watch it? And will Krillin fuck a robot?

All this plus Nerd News, Buffy Chat, Baseball Chat, voicemails, curses and so much more!

  • JFS111: Corey Feldman vs. The World (2025)

The boys are joined by friend of the show Chaki the Funk Wizard to discuss Corey Feldman!

First, the guys discuss Chaki's new album (go buy it!), Scream 7, Kevin's war crimes, Tarantino and so much more. We also play a game of Corey, Corey or Cory, where Chaki hosts a game show where Sean and Parker have to guess who said a quote -- Cory himself, Feldman or Haim!

All this plus the guys discuss the 2025 documentary "Corey Feldman vs. the World." In it, Feldman and his angels go on tour across America. However, Satanists try at every turn to sabatoge them.

Our adventures in the crime syndicates of 1970's Italy continue with our look at 1973's Ricco, a sleazy Turin-set Mafia revenge thriller starring the not-sleazy-at-all Christopher Mitchum.

But first! We discuss the recent adventures undertaken by our intrepid field reporter, Parker Bowman!

So #DonloydNow and enjoy this bite-sized Junk Food Supper. We got all this plus The Great TUBI Controversy of 2026, the even greater SCREAM 7 controversy of 2026, finally: verified proof that Sam Altman from OpenAI blows goats, magical happenstances of the San Franciscan variety, revisiting Kevin Smith's famous sexual twitter history, a frank dissection of the genocide-tainted legacy of California's Catholic Missions, an in-depth analysis of the traffic implications of a grid system for urban roadways, distasteful state beaches, Italian muzak, sneezes, blank stares, gleeks and so much more!!

  • JFS109: River (2023)

Are you a fan of Japanese films? We'll find out of Sean and Parker are this week.

First, the boys talk about an anticlimactic movie theater experience and the climactic James Bond experience. They then talk about some intense women's wrestling from Japan!

After that, the boys discuss "River" from 2023. The movie, directed by Junta Yamaguchi, is the semi-sequel to a movie the boys did on JFD called "Beyond the Infinite Two Minutes." In this one, the guests and staff of a Japanese ryokan inn are experiencing a repeating two-minute time loop. But why?

All this, plus silliness and goofy times!
