After learning more about this particular ratio, and how it affects people’s overall moods and performance levels, it has me wondering what in the WORLD are we doing as a society?! I’m also sharing more about the amount of negativity (especially regarding news online and in real life) we come into contact with daily, and simple ideas for you to start noticing MORE of the positives around you in your everyday life.
