It took me 7 years to achieve this goal that I am sharing the journey with you in this episode.
One of THE biggest reasons why people quit on their goals is because they don’t see the evidence “quick enough” to help you keep the motivation. When you don't see the "results" the good ol' ego convinces you to fall back into old behaviours. BUT, it doesn't have to be like that.
In this episode I give you some tangible tips on how to continue to work on your goals and not quit when the tough gets going. I break down the struggle that comes with goal setting and how to overcome those blocks that often get in the way.
If you struggle with setting and achieving goals, feel you are close to burnout or need a boost to help you refocus on your goals, have a listen.

As adults, we start to lose that playful inner child. We start to take things (and ourselves) a little too seriously and forget that having FUN and finding JOY can really change the quality of our lives.
In today’s episode, Elaine Dunphy talks about how she finds joy in everything she does, even during the challenging times. We also dissect the misconception that finding joy means your life is easy peasy. The idea is to feel all the emotions, but when you can, find the joy in the things you do.
If you are looking for a mood booster and looking how to find joy in your own life, have a listen. Elaine is so inspiring and her words and wisdom will definitely leave you finding your joy.
About Elaine…

DC and I had the most authentic and honest conversation on this episode. We dive into toxic masculinity, how to navigate life so you don’t just fit in but instead honour your gifts and stay true to who you are and so many more valuable topics that will leave you feeling super inspired.
DC shares so many gold nuggets on how to dare greatly and really stand true to who you are. He gives some great advice on how he has navigated his own challenging times, overcame them and has stepped into his own. The thing that makes you stick out and makes you, YOU, turns out to be your superpower.
Have a listen and I hope you enjoy this episode.
About DC…
I am Donnie / Donny / Don-E / Donald Coady (Dc), Creative Director at DC Design House, Host of Out of the Fog and Jack of all trades. He became a Creative Director as a result of a lifetime as an illustrator and writer, turned graphic artist and web developer. From class to student council president roles at two campuses over four years, as well as ACE membership (now Enactus), I caught those leadership feels. Nowadays, creating and leading — at work and in various volunteer capacities — is life. I like it here.

I hear it all the time, “Gina, I just don’t know who I am anymore!” It seems to be a thing so many people struggle with.
In today's episode, I dive into how to start really tapping into who YOU are and beginning the process of unlearning old, outdated thoughts and stories and really step into being who you want to be. We have a habit of just falling into line without even asking ourselves if this is what you really want. This episode will show you how to break this habit and learn how to question the beliefs, thoughts, and patterns you have adopted as your truth.
Have a listen if you want to learn how to tap into the process of finding yourself again.
