After a long stint of solo episodes, I'm breaking things up this week. Today, you finally get to meet my dear friends from college, Emily and Grace. Together we make up the KEG Party! (Karen, Emily & Grace)

It's supremely meaningful to me to have friends like Em and Grace with whom I can talk, laugh and confide in. Grace and Emily have been my faithful friends for over 35 years since our days at UCLA and have been my ever-present sounding board over the last 5+, as I've been figuring out what's next for me in life. We talk about pretty much everything--big and little--including things that a lot of people shy away from discussing in this often caustic, "cancel-culturey" world we live in.

In today's episode, you get to be a fly on the wall during our KEG Party and our conversation about race and much more.
