In this special Kids & Money summer series hosted by Sharesies co-founder Brooke Roberts, we tackle the often hard subject of ‘how to talk to your kids about money’. These conversations cover a range of topics from ways to keep kids (of various ages) interested, to lessons about investing that they can draw on throughout their life. Ultimately, we believe encouraging good habits with money from a young age will help create positive change in our community.

In the first episode, Ruth Henderson, AKA The Happy Saver, shares some of the lessons from her own family. She gets into the detail about pocket money. Explains what sinking funds are, and why it’s important to be honest when it comes to your own finances.
