Aron welcomes 4 time CrossFit Champion Rich Froning to the podcast.  Rich was dubbed the "Fittest Man on Earth" after his reign on top in 2011,2012,2013, and 2014 and then leading the Crossfit Mayhem team to first place finishes in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022.  Rich has since turned his focus from the competition arena to the woods and outdoors, forming Mayhem Outdoors.  Aron and Rich talk shop on fitness, nutrition, the corssfit community and overall health, as well as his new passion, hunting.  Great conversation by two of the greatest in their respected arenas.  

Aron welcomes Luke Cox from Hunt-Lift-Eat to the studio.  He is the Founder, CEO, and host of the HLE podcast. HUNT LIFT EAT is dedicated to promoting an active outdoor lifestyle centered around training, hunting, and fishing. We aim to educate and inspire individuals to pursue this lifestyle and build a community of outdoor enthusiasts who positively impact the outdoor world.  He and Aron talk about the history of HLE, and the importance of having a good team around you and the importance of finding your tribe in life. Aron welcomes Ralph DiMeo to the podcast. Ralph owns and operates WeatherWool, the premiere wool outerwear company. Made and sourced 100% in the USA, they have a wide variety of clothing options. These legacy items are made to last and can be passed down from generation to generation. Aron and Ralph dive into the struggles of American Made products, and the journey of WeatherWool from where it began to where it is today.

After a failed recording, some technical issues, and much internal healing over the past few months, Aron is ready to finally recap his 2023 Elk Hunt with South Cox.  As part of the healing process, they chose to relive the "kick in the ding ding" that was their Colorado Elk Hunt this past fall.  Always a great time having South on the show, even if it did drum up some painful memories for both Aron and South!

Lorenzo is the founder of GoHunt, a multifaceted entity that is not only an online shop and storefront in Las Vegas for most of the top quality hunting gear brands, but they have also developed their own app and mapping system, along with providing customers with the best in draw and application data available. Aron welcomes long time friend Clint Casper to the show.  Clint is a very active outdoor writer for numerous publications and blog style websites.  They talk the changes they have seen in the hunting industry and the changes that have been brought about via social media.  They talk about the pitfalls of constant interaction in those channels and the desire to maybe step away or "retire" from "the 'Gram!".  Clint also breaks down his archery setup and some key ingredients to success in the field.

Aron welcomes Dr. Preston Ward to the podcast this week.  Dr. Ward is the driving force behind Man Physio, the physical therapy program built for the outdoorsman.  Dr Ward traveled up to Riverton to give a hand on session for the crew here at Kifaru, helping give tricks and tips to longevity in the mountains.  He and Aron go over the items they worked on, and some of the things that many outdoor athletes could do to better improve their experiences on the mountain.  Lots of knowledge passed around this podcast!
