Today with Chantelle we’re going to talk about sexual concerns - things that might come up more commonly than we realise and may not know that there is help available. Especially when trying to conceive such concerns can put even more pressure on an already fragile situation.
We give an overview of how these concerns impact your sexual performance and self esteem: Vaginismus, Erectile concerns, Relationship pressure, Ejaculatory issues, Deep pain, Endometriosis, Post abortion and Vulvodynia.

When speaking to Chantelle it quickly became obvious that we would need more than one episode together to cover Raelia and Chantelle’s approaches to sex and answer your many questions.
Through our series The Sex Tapes we will be discussing a range of topics including the female orgasm, sexual concerns, sex for conception and sexual self-esteem through life stages.

Donor Sperm
Who needs it? Why would you choose to use it? Should it be a known or clinic recruited donor? How do I access it? How is it used?
We briefly touch on the legalities of known donor sperm, for more than that listen to our episode with Deanna Elsner who is a family lawyer and we talk about egg freezing, for which we have many blogs and podcast resources.

First Chrissy Teigen reminded us all to keep up to date with breast checks and cervical screening during the pandemic, and now Chrissy has the world talking about miscarriage. Who doesn't have a girl crush on this brave woman?
We are at once devastated and inspired by Chrissy speaking so bravely about the heartbreaking loss of baby Jack. Let's continue the conversation and provide support to our friends and community who are also suffering from loss.

Dr Deborah Morawetz is a Paediatrician who works in Neonates in Melbourne. Graduating from Monash University Medical School in 2004, Deborah specialised in Paediatrics training in both Sydney and Melbourne.
As a mother of twins and a Paediatrician, Deborah is uniquely qualified to discuss a common dilemma in IVF, single versus double embryo transfer.
Double embryo transfer marginally increases the chance of pregnancy per IVF transfer attempt, but carries a significantly increased risk of multiple pregnancy in IVF.

Sex whilst pregnant. Sex once you've had the baby. Bodies, minds, priorities all changing fast. How do we maintain our sexual self esteem, our connection with out partners, our connection with ourselves. Obviously this was a topic we had to discuss with Chantelle, who of course provided much food for thought, and most of all reminded us that sex is meant to be fun.
