Our guest this week is one of the most stylish and progressive surfers on the planet! He is standout in any condition and is known for a technical approach above and below the lip. He is an Olympian, a Five-Time WCT EVENT tour winner, a Pipe Master,  a Triple Crown Winner and finished #2 in the World in 2018. Our guest this week is an incredibly talented artist, writer, singer, and musician. He ran for Governor in 2003??!! He writes, books/novels, and he practices hypnotherapy! He has been sober since 1989 and has helped countless others battling addiction through his own experiences and his writings on recovery. But before all the goodie two shoes stuff, he grew up in Long Beach as a rebellious skater, surfer, and bad ass punk rocker heavily into music and drugs at an early age. In high school he and his good friend Todd Barnes stole a girl friends guitar/amplifier and the rest is history. Punk Music was forever changed and so were SURF movie soundtracks. Our guest this week has had his fair share of surf trip excursions and has taken advantage of all

the perks while traveling the World as a Team Manager at Rusty, Split and Oakley. He managed

Team Houses on the North Shore for many years and has spent more time out at Pipe than

most Pro Surfers. He charges Big Waves and is no slouch on a Dirt Bike either, finishing multiple

top 10 finishes in the Surfercross Event. He now focuses most of his time on family and as Co-Owner at LXD Eyewear that we are stoked to hear about. We welcome Ronny “ Ron Dog “ Nelson.

Our guest this week is a damn good-looking dude from Laguna Beach. He had a successful Pro

Surfing and Modeling career. He has traveled the world doing contests, free surf trips writing

articles, producing movies, and photo trips for the surf magazines. He loves surf culture, has

deep roots in surfing community, and has made it his life mission to give back to others. In 2012,

he took the Executive Director role at the Mauli Ola Foundation, which helps people with Cystic

Fibrosis through surfing. He is an Event Planner and fundraiser for Breast Cancer and helps

produce the North Shore Benefit Concert. He is One Amazing Human in which we can all learn

Our guest this week was born into surf culture. His Parents have won multiple World Tandem

Championships. His dad Steve started shaping surfboards in 1970 and created one of the most

iconic and respected Board Brands in the World. They opened their first surf shop INFINITY SURFBOARDS in Huntington Beach in 1971 and have been building boards ever since. They were also on the forefront during the birth of Skateboarding and was one of the first companies to manufacture fiberglass Skateboards. We
