In today's episode, we are talking all about Lab testing.

We're diving into the basic lab testing that we all have run every year by our MD from an autoimmune perspective. I call these the fundamentals. The fancy functional tests are useful but these fundamental tests can give us a lot of information too. They can tell us a lot about what the body is telling us and where we might need to dive deeper.
