Simon Cochrane is the Ultraman World Champ, 24 Hour Track NZ National Champ and he’s a week out from racing the 170km UTMB ultra marathon for the first time.
In this episode we chat about his prep for the UTMB and his strategy heading into the race. Then we also discuss what it takes to complete these ultra marathon distances, what you learn about yourself by pushing through discomfort and how to start on your own running journey.
As always, I appreciate you tuning in and any support you can show for the podcast goes a long way and helps me keep getting these awesome guests on.
I hope you enjoy the episode.
