Karlina Tongotea is a powerlifter from NZ, a world record holder in the 76kg class and she recently competed at Sheffields.
In this episode we learn how Karlina was able to improve on her last Sheffield competition, what her mindset was like coming into this year’s comp and a big overarching theme of our chat is letting go of superstitions and overcoming challenges.
As always, I appreciate you tuning in and any support you can show for the podcast goes a long way and helps me continue getting these awesome people on.
And remember, you make you.
