I'm excited to have my first guest after 90+ episodes spanning 2 years!

A young man found himself at my house today eager to pose questions on life, leadership, & service as he prepares to accept a commission in the Marine Corps.

I was fascinated by the first couple questions and our opening conversation that I had to ask him if he minded recording this and being my first guest. I was equally impressed by his 21yr old self awareness, reflections, & desire to weigh his near term responsibility on his shoulders with such professional interest.
