The last two weeks of the year are probably my favorite weeks of the whole year!!
It's a time when I get reflective of the current year AND start cultivating my vision for the coming year.
Reflection, planning, executing, then repeating is the process of becoming successful at ANYTHING!
So today, I am re-airing an episode that aired exactly one year ago that is still super relevant and timely right now and this time EVERY year!
It's about cultivating your leadership vision. It begins with reflection, and then moves into thinking about what you want to accompish in the year ahead, not just for yourself, but also for your team.
Great leaders are not only able to produce results for themselves, they are also able to help OTHERS produce results!
I find that these types of leaders have 3 qualities: convictions, vision, and a plan.
On this episode we walk through how to develop each one of those qualities, with lots of questions to help cultivate your leadership vision for the upcoming year and then communicate it in a way that makes others catch the vision with you!!
The workbook I created for this episode is one you'll want to fill out year after year. I hope you DREAM BIG for 2024 and that after filling after this workbook, you'll have clarity on how to achieve it!

Is it possible to be crazy successful if you struggle against fear, doubt, insecurity, and comparison?
Today you’re hearing a conversation I had with one of the top performing leaders on my team, and you’re going to LOVE her!! 😍
Michele Stuchell is a 6 figure earner, has earned many luxury trips, gets a monthly car bonus, and has been treated to multiple shopping sprees from the company, and has made many appearances as a corporate trainer because of her hard work and leadership!
She’s also being very raw and real today about the emotional ups and downs that can come with being in business, and is sharing how she battles insecurity, negative thoughts, comparison, fear, and doubt…just like the rest of us!
But she also describes EXACTLY how she engages in the battle against ALL of those things by “staying close to the fire!” 🔥
She defines “staying close to the fire” as staying close to whatever propels you into uncomfortable action! 🔥🔥🔥
And she says she does it intentionally. Learn how to keep yourself motivated and inspired—even during the hardest times in your business! Michele is gonna tell ya how. 🤍

Just got back from an EPIC 3 day training event for network marketers from Eric Worre. 🤩
I took 59 pages of notes while I was there!! ✍🏻 It was transformative, and today I want to share with you what stood out to me the most from the whole event!
Do you know the difference between an “earner” and a leader?

Earners look a lot like leaders until adversity hits!
Eric gave us 5 qualities that separate the earners from the leaders, and I’m sharing those with you today!
In this episode, you will learn:
Why mastering leadership development in network marketing leads to sustainable growth and success.
Why investing in yourself is crucial for unlocking untapped potential and achieving greater success in network marketing.
How creating and developing leaders within your network marketing team is key to building a resilient organization.
How building stability and longevity in network marketing hinges on leadership.
You’re going to love this training as much as I did!
The key moments in this episode are:

It IS possible to grow your business and paycheck during the holidays WHILE enjoying what the holiday season has to offer with your family, creating special memories, and not sacrificing the things that are most important to you during this season.
And what makes thriving in your business and family life at the same time possible—no matter which busy season it is—are these 3 very important things:
Intentionality
Boundaries
Discipline
Last week we talked about getting clarity so you can begin to be intentional, and today we jumping into the next steps to being intentional—especially during the BUSIEST times of the year—simplifying and making a plan for the most important things!
We are also talking about healthy boundaries in your life and business, your relationships, your attention, and where your time is going so that you dont miss any of the most important things in any realm of your life!
And then I’m going there. I’m saying the “D” word.
Discipline. Its not fun, but its a necessary part of success in ANYTHING. 😉
I hope your holiday season is full of intentionality, warm memories made with people you love the most, AND success in your business! 🤍
Boundaries
Discipline
Today we are diving right into that first one, and discussing how to start being intentional!
Today you’re going to leave with questions that will help you gain clarity on how to finish the year strong, leaving perfectionism behind so you can feel GREAT about the progress you are making!
Also on today’s episode: what to do when your team feels “quiet” during the holidays!
Heard this quote the other day and it HIT.
"Winners are focused on winning; losers are focused on winners."
Because how many times in my own journey have I let comparison slow me down or make me feel like I wasn't good enough?
So today's episode might be the kick in the mindset you need from your friend who has been there, and who has had to overcome this many times myself!!
When I analyze the people on my team who are WINNING, they are so focused on the finished line they are not even paying attention to what everyone around them thinks of them!!
And when I analyze the people who feel "stuck" or who don't feel successful, often times its because they are comparing themselves to the people they perceive to be ahead of them and because they are looking to the left or the right, they can't even SEE the finish line since its AHEAD of them.
Sometimes all that is needed to fix the problem is simply awareness!! So that is why we are hanging out here today on the topic of how winners think vs how losers think.
Some of these are gonna build your confidence, but some of them are gonna sting. And as long as you choose to grow from it, then we are calling that a WIN. 😉

How much is “enough?” At what point should I just be “content” and quit striving for more?
Answering questions like these and more on today’s episode!
Because here is the truth of the matter: “contentedness” has nothing to do with how much you HAVE and everything to do with your heart attitude!
Is it possible that you’re not actually content and you’ve been using “contentedness” as an excuse for complacency?
Contentedness has nothing to do with your work ethic! So we’re tackling the true definition of contentedness today, and I wanna hear what you think about it after you listen.
