“The greatest sources of suffering are the lies that the mind tells you. Don’t fall into that trap, there’s always another way.”
Scott talks to Kevin O’Neill about his project, Breatheolution, and how he has used cold water therapy alongside breath work to help himself and over 1000 clients to overcome anxiety, trauma and addiction.
You’ll hear how using breath can help you defeat your own stresses and about the importance of putting the body into controlled but stress-inducing environments. Kevin even explains why breathing through the mouth can hinder our athletic performance and create a subconscious feeling of fear and danger.
