Steph Elswood has turned her life around from an eating disorder partly thanks to a phrase from her nan, which is now at the core of one of her biggest successes. A women’s wellbeing and dance community called Stay Sassy.
Steph had suffered from an eating disorder and negative thoughts about her body while training to be a dancer. At one point in her dance career, one teacher told her to lose weight from her knees.
