Scott sits down with close friend and Social PR Operations Manager, Nicola Orrell to discuss how judgmental teachers pushed her to prove to the world she wasn’t a ‘typical teenage mum’ and why her family is the driving force behind her extreme work ethic.

Scott describes Nicola as ‘the ultimate boss’, they’ve had a close working and personal relationship since she joined Social PR in 2020 as Operations Manager. Having lost their dads within one week of each other, they describe how they were able to support each other through the grieving process and the importance of taking time out of work to spend time with family and look after your mental health.
