Sometimes it helps to see the world through someone else eyes. Well, that's exactly the point of this episode!

Today, Greg and Brian are talking to Kayla Holst and Tim Guyne who work for the Veterans Administration in Colorado. Kayla and Tim give a unique perspective from inside an organization that often gets a lot of criticism. During the show, they discuss some of the frustrations they have taking care of veterans as well as some of the things that veterans can do to make the process work better.

Kayla and Tim are two amazing people that serve our country by working at the V.A. On the show they talk openly and candidly about some of the issues that they see from their perspective.
