Don is a second-generation Pinellas County native who has been practicing law for over a decade. He spent the first eleven years of his legal career working for the Public Defender’s Office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit where he was lead counsel in over two dozen criminal jury trials, trying everything from DUI to Murder in the First Degree. Many of the cases he took to trial resulted in Not Guilty verdicts. Don will do his best to work the case out for a favorable outcome, but if negotiations fail, he will be ready to go to trial.

Kris is a graduate of Marshall University and Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was a member of its award-winning moot court team. After graduation, Kris worked as a staff attorney for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and assisted domestic violence victims in securing domestic violence injunctions and stalking injunctions.

In 2009, Kris was hired as an Assistant State Attorney with Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit.
