Cheers to 100 episodes!!

I’m not great at celebrating small wins.

My brain loves to just keep pushing forward. Move the goalposts. Focus on everything I haven’t accomplished. 

And while that serves me in some ways, it often makes me miss the whole journey.

So I’m intentionally slowing down and appreciating the process.

My whole life has changed.

And that’s worth celebrating.
