Over the last 70 years, the World Bank has recorded four global recessions: 1975, 1982, 1991, and 2009. Of the four incidences, the 2009 Global Financial Crisis that was set off by a housing bubble may have been the most systematic and deeply felt decline in recent history (right before the Covid-19 pandemic). While it wounded many industries, it also paved the way for a more credit conscious society and urged financial institutions to create buffers.
This week, Property Apprentice discusses tried-and-tested measures to support your property investment journey even in the most uncertain times. We have included visual references in this video.
