Today I'm getting real about the spiritual journey I've been on and why religion never sat well with me. I know spirituality and religion can be a touchy subject, but it's a real part of my dream life and I want to create a community that is open to hearing experiences and beliefs of all kinds, so listen in with love and know that I honor any spiritual connection you have on your end, including religion. Today is Day 19 of 22 days of solo episodes where I'm challenging myself to go all in on being me and speaking my authentic truth daily.
