TDEE - Total Daily Energy Expenditure (Calories needed for your body to sustain itself on top of doing physical activity)
Caloric Surplus (Eating more calories than your body needs, gets stored as fat and can help with muscle growth)
Caloric Deficit (Eating less calories than your body needs, causes your body to use mainly fat as an energy source which will result in weight loss)
