The Jade Egg or Yoni Egg practice is one of the most curative and empowering practices on the planet for the female pelvis. It's a mind, body, spirit practice that completely changed my life when I found it in my early 40s.

Dialing it back to that time I was having a lot of issues with my pelvis. After 3 big babies within 5 years I had some physical problems that I'd never addressed.

And when menopause hit at age 40 things escalated fast. I was experiencing chronic pelvic pain, dryness, incontinence, a low level of pelvic organ prolapse and sciatica.

Kegels weren't working for me nor was Pilates or Yoga.  In retrospect what I really needed was a holistic approach that embraced emotional integration and sensuality.

Luckily I found the Jade Egg practice and some incredible teachers who were emphasizing working with emotions in a powerful way and incorporating pleasure as part of the healing process.   
It changed everything.
