Ohio State women’s basketball is back in the Buckeye State. To celebrate the ending of the week of holiday basketball on obscure streaming platforms, Land-Grant spent time chatting with Columbus Dispatch beat writer Brianna Mac Kay.

In the special interview, Mac Kay talks about coming into the Dispatch, on the Columbus Crew beat, in the middle of a playoff run, a history of love for women’s college basketball and who are the likeliest folks to get hurt at kids trampoline and adventure parks.

Plus, Mac Kay talks about the upcoming game against the Illinois Fighting Illini in the first real test for the Buckeyes in the 2024-25 season.
