I don't know about you but I don't like secrets really! Do you!? This one too I think is really gonna be a game changer!
Also, if you stick it out I have a little announcement at the end! (Wink, wink!!)

In this episode I am diving into what hunger directed eating is, why is completely NOT intuitive eating and not getting my vote or support.
Maybe you have heard of it, maybe you haven’t. But from what I can see it all started with a book and many are jumping on the bandwagon. But I warn with caution! It might seem like a good idea, like it promotes and follows intuitive eating, but it doesn’t.
Allow me to explain! Listen in!

In this quicky episode I am shedding some light on how there are just a few things that don't sit right with me about beach body and the challenges held using their programs and meal plans. These programs can be harmful to some depending on the condition of their relationship with food, fitness their body etc. In this episode I dive into the ways in which beach body can be harmful and isn't quite aligned with a non-diet approach to eating, fitness and well... LIVING!

In this episode I am unloading so many of my thoughts and feelings that I have been feeling for a long while now but never knew if and how I should share them! I finally had to before I exploded!
This episode I dive into how we need to play nice on so many jungle gyms of life and how we can't keep segregating and separating women based on anything, and how anti-diet is not anti-health, among many other things.
There is seriously no way to sum this episode up without talking about all the things and that might take a while! But man did it feel sooooooo good to get all of this off my chest and share it with you! I can't wait for you to hear! So just press play already!

Paige literally holds nothing back in this episode. Not only is she the cutest she is also a yoga instructor and a recovery warrior. Paige is in recovery from a long-time battle of Anorexia. Now what is a little different and horrific about her past with an ED is that Paige never looked the part. What I mean by that is while going through the thick of her battle with anorexia Paige maintained a body weight and size that was acceptable by society. To society and others because of society people did not really notice that Paige was struggling or that she needed help.
We talk about all the details of her ED, how it came about, her struggles with not being accepted by others and herself as having an eating disorder, how she came to finally get recovery and how this has helped empowered her through her yoga teachings and to help others as well.
Paige is simply the sweetest hands down. But don’t take my word for it. Once you have finished listening check her out on Instagram.

Let's get intentional!
On this episode we dive into the VERY fuzzy concept of what exactly is diet culture, what classifies being on a diet or acting from a place of diet culture from well, not diet culture! There is no one right answer, nothing is truly wrong either. This topic is very fuzzy but I am hoping to shed some light on it and help bring some organization to the matter!
Let's dive in!
