Lindsay is a mom to two boys, content creator, holistic nutritionist, and recipe developer behind the blog Weeknight Bite, a down-to-earth guide to living well, where she shares her mom life and healthy family-friendly recipes, approachable wellness tips, and inspiration for a balanced life. She lives in San Diego with her husband, Mitch, their 3 and 1 year old boys, Noah and Max, and sweet goldendoodle, Penny. Lindsay lives for a great meal, a beautiful farmers market, daily matcha lattes, and homemade chocolate chip cookies. She believes that enjoying great food with loved ones is one of the truest forms of happiness, and that you should never have to choose between that and living a healthy life!
