You can read about coaching, learn about coaching or hear someone talk about coaching, but until you actually experience an effective session of coaching, it's just not the same. In this episode, you'll hear a live, unscripted coaching session taking place. The live session is followed by a brief summary review by both the coach and the individual being coached, as they discuss some of the aspects of coaching that took place during the session.
