I might be giving you the biggest spoiler alert of your life...
...you will never be 'ready'.
Yes, really. Never. Think about some of the hardest things you've ever gone through and think about the best things you have ever been through.
Were you ready? Or did you just do it and figured it out as you went?
No one is ever ready to be a parent, but millions do it.
No one is ever ready for their first day at a new job/school/town but people do it every day.
It's time to get off the ready path and on to the action track. Press play and I will tell you how to do it (and Willard, too).
Can we address the elephant in the room?
Self care is more than bubble baths and bath bombs.
Don't get me wrong, those things are great, and we need to focus more on the #selfcare that means: how well are you taking care of yourself?
Today, I tell you how to check in with yourself, take better care of yourself, and what you can do this weekend to help you take better care of yourself next week (and you won't be alone. The Willard and I will be joining you).
If you have been listening to this podcast for a little while, then you know how much I love The Four Agreements book.
Today we discuss why having black and white rules for yourself is so important, and how it ties in with The Four Agreements.
Simplification is the answer, and today you will find out why.
Join Kinley and I on the 13th episode of The Daily Pod for a quick little chit chat before she goes off to bootcamp. We talk about how the anticipation is the worst part of anything hard and how to use stubbornness to overcome.
Did you know day 10 to 12 on a journey is when we are most likely to give up?
Wild, right?
If you started your New Years Resolutions around the first of the month, you are currently at the 10 to 12 day timeline.
If you are looking for 5 simple steps to help you revaluate and keep your New Years Resolutions (or any goals) then this episode is for you.
Press play, and let's go! Willard and I can't wait to talk to you today.

Welcome to episode 11 of the daily pod! Live Aligned Radio style.
Today is a quick chat about how to give yourself a head start each and every day.
Be a rebel, live alined, and go make a ruckus.
"For what it's worth, it's never too late to be whoever you want to be. I hope you live a life that you're proud of, and if you find that you're not, I hope you have the strength to start over." F. Scott Fitzgerald
It feels like a moment of saying goodbye. The new beginnings aren't quite here yet, because the old things are still going away. It's a time of shedding, a time of mourning, a time of goodbye's.
I feel something new is coming. Do you feel the same?
I did not want to record this today...at all.
And then I remembered how important it is to show up on the days we least want to, and I'm so glad I sat down to press record.
Today's episode is short and sweet, and we chat about how to get back to base when you feel like sh*t (which I am currently in the process of).
"You haven't gotten over it yet because you haven't mourned the death of your dream." I think my jaw hit the floor the moment she said it.
I had been going to acupuncture for many years, and during one of my conversations with my acupuncturist she told me I was having a hard time getting over something because I hadn't mourned the dream that would no longer be.
It sounds weird, but sometimes just having words to put to an indescribable feeling solves over half the problem.
I am sharing those words with you today, and letting you know you're not alone if you are feeling this way too.
I hate the term 'on or off the wagon' mainly because none of us are on the same path let alone on the same wagon...or on a wagon at all.
So today we are talking about recalibrating and getting back on track aka how to refocus on what's important.
