Money is one of the biggest causes of stress in adults, and stress is the gateway to all sorts of mental health issues. So it’s a no-brainer that if you can feel comfortable and in control of your finances, you’re more likely to avoid spiralling into a mental health crisis.

Money has a stranglehold on many of us, but it doesn’t have to. I know, because I used to have severe money issues – credit cards, debt collectors, you name it.
