Today I'm chatting with Scout Sobel who has been living with a severe case of bipolar disorder for 15 years, yet unapologetically owns her mental health diagnosis. Scout was once unable to hold a job, go to college, or function in today's society, but through a lot of self-development work Scout manages her bipolar disorder successfully, even calling her diagnosis the best thing that has ever happened to her because it empowers her to live life in alignment with her soul.
