A day when many people celebrate love.

All kinds of love, but especially romantic love.

Romantic love is a powerhouse isn't it?

And so layered.

It's one of the most compelling experiences a human can have.

I think most people would agree;

to swoon is divine.

We see the world differently in that rose-colored state.

Our mood soars.

We're tapped into our creative genius.

We feel limitless. 

We look and feel radiant, vital and alive.

Our immunity gets a huge boost.

I mean, who wouldn't want to live like that all of the time?

I believe we can.

At least most of the time.

This, (from my perspective), is what Tantra is truly about.

The path of remembering, celebrating & embodying the divine love that you are.

Culture tells us that love is something we need to seek for outside of ourselves.

And that when we "get it" we need to find ways to "keep it".

And when we "lose it"...well you know how that goes.

And how devastating that can be. 

The Tantric truth bomb I want to share with you on this day of love is this: 

Epic romance & sacred intimacy with another human begin with the art of sacred self love.

It's an inside job.

It's a spiritual practice.

It's a cultivation.

What I'm talking about here is the art of becoming your own best lover in the most reverent of ways.

Becoming a master of your own divine instrument and a master receiver of pleasure and of life.

This is the Venusian initiation we never got.

And boy has that lack of initiation has put us in a tailspin when it comes to love.

We're taught to come to the banquet of romance starving.

And it's a recipe for disaster.
